We are specialists in Travel Insurance and Pet Insurance, our philosophy is simple:

We can do this because we're focused on just these insurance lines and we continually strive to keep our costs low.... you won't find any marble floored entrance hall at our offices (paid for by inflating the price of your insurance). We spend all our time and effort focusing on servicing our customers, enhancing our product, refining our website and a raft of other things that ensures we deliver great value Travel and Pet Insurance products with excellent customer service and a super simple website.

Puffin insurance policies are underwritten by Inter Partner Assistance S.A is authorised and regulated by the National Bank of Belgium, with a registered head office at Boulevard du Régent 7, 1000 Brussels, Belgium. Authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority (firm reference number 202664). Subject to regulation by the Financial Conduct Authority and limited regulation by the Prudential Regulation Authority. Inter Partner Assistance S.A. UK branch office address is 106-118 Station Road, Redhill, RH1 1PR. Inter Partner Assistance S.A. is part of the AXA Group.

Pet Insurance

For pet policies that start on or after 10th July 2025, your pet insurance is underwritten by Great Lakes UK Insurance Limited who is authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority. Firm Reference Number 955859.  You claims will be administered by Trent-Services. Trent-Services are a UK based claims administration specialist with extensive experience in administering Pet Insurance and other personal lines insurance. 

Pet Insurance policies that have a start date before July 10th 2025, your policy is underwritten and claims administered by Covéa Insurance plc who is authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority number 202277.
